When you plan your journey using our website, the information you get back will take into account any changes to train times caused by track improvement work, including where rail replacement road transport is in operation. Our pre-planned road transport is accessible, however if you require further assistance then you can call our Passenger Assist team on 0800 030 9224. The lifts will be out of order between Platform 1 & 2 and Overbridge from 18:49 on 19/09/2025 until further notice at Exeter St Davids station.
